✓ Low risk patients (ASTRO and/or GEC-ESTRO) if:

✓ The burden of WBI might be high (7 → 5 → 3 → 1 week)

✓ Who accept a possible higher recurrence risk

✓ Treated by an experienced team

✓ Who require adjuvant systemic treatment (also with WBI)
