Breast conserving surgery, „low risk“ breast cancer

1. Patients aged 40 years or older ,

2 . pTis or pT1–2a (lesions of  3 cm diameter), pN0/pNmi and M0

3. Clear resection margins of at least 2 mm in any direction L0, V0, no EIC .

Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation SOLE Multicatheter Brachytherapy

Whole Breast Irradiation (50 Gy + Boost 10 Gy)

HDR: 8x 4.0 Gy, 7x 4.3 Gy PDR: 0.6-0.8 Gy up to 50 Gy
