First developed at William Beaumont Institute, Baglan et al 2003 ADVANTAGES: -non-invasive

-improved dose homogeneity compared to other APBI techniques -lower risk of fat necrosis compared to invasive APBI techniques -more wide-spread use possible Technique: Supine, standard treatment position, CT scan, CTV was lumpectomy cavity + 15mm, PTV=CTV +10mm inside breast CTV First 5 pts 34 Gy / 10 fr / 5 days, thereafter 38.5 Gy / 10 fr / 5 days IMPORTANT: use clips in lumpectomy cavity and written guidelines for contouring
