UK guidelines made a consensus statement: external beam 40 Gy/15 fr partial breast RT is to be considered in patients ≥50 years, T≤3cm, pN0, grade 1-2, ER+, HER neg and margin ≥1mm The DBCG RT committee recommend external beam 40 Gy/15 fr PBI as standard to all patients with DBCG PBI trial criteria as of April 2016
