• Patients should counseled that in 2 clinical trials the risk of IBTR was higher with IORT (HQE, Strong)

• Electron-IORT should be restricted to « suitable» group (MQE, Strong)

• Low-energy x-ray-IORT should be used within the context of a prospective registry or clinical trial. When used, should be restricted (MEQ, Weak)
