Severe hypofractionation in play in some trials, so be careful on OAR (in particular if you use alternative field arrangements)

IF you dare use APBI outside trial then be careful and use the DBCG & UK strategy for external beam RT or the GEC-ESTRO brachtherapy strategy for highly selected patients
