- From recent large prospective studies & reviews, sexual problems are a major issue after rectal ca curative treatments; RT+CHT associated to an increased risk (Lange 2009, Bregendhal 2015, Kunnemann 2015, Gilbert 2015) - Under-estimated problem in the past (?) - Any effort should be activated to efficiently spare genitals outside PTV: beams geometry, blocking options in rotational techniques, testicle shielding when appropriate….
