– Newly diagnosed Glioblastoma – Biopsy or surgery – Clinical status OMS≤2 – Age ≥ 18 years – Stratification on biopsy or surgery. – Stratification on MGMT status • Exclusion Criterias – Uninterpretable spectroscopy – GTV > 5 cm – Distance-GTV-chiasm < 2 cm
