Aim 3: Clinical Risk Prediction

CONSORTIUM ● Specific Aim 3: To develop a risk prediction algorithm using biomarkers, echo data, and clinical variables to identify patients at increased risk of RT cardiotoxicity. • Hypothesis: Risk scores integrating circulating biomarkers, imaging parameters, and clinical variables are robust predictors of subsequent RT cardiotoxicity.
