• Dose Volume Histogram (DVH) created in more system planning is calculated base dose per fraction. • Quantec constraints recommendation for Organ at Risk (OARs) doses are created for standard 2Gy prescription dose. • When the fraction dose is :3Gy,4Gy,6Gy DVH should be recalculated base on Radiobiological Linear Quadratic model (LQ) with α/β ratio dedicated to the tumour and OARs.
