• MD approach: greater awareness of the patient toward the disease, the therapeutic-observational options, the therapy induced side effects • Better compliance of the patient toward the choice • Correct application of guidelines, thus better outcome • More objectivity in the proposal of the options (fewer robot assisted surgery in low and high risk patients, more patients on active surveillance)
