Conclusions • Radiomics is an emerging field that translate medical images in to quantitative data to enable phenotypic profiling. • Radiomics has some potential as “poor man” molecular imaging to quantify tumour heterogeneity and Tumour biology. • 4D-Radiomics, e.g. with cone beam CT could be used to record response to various treatment. • Distributed learning from federated databases is the future of Big Data in health care.
