Dose Calculation

 SBRT commonly includes extremely high-dose gradients near the boundary of the target  AAPM 101 recommendation on calculation grid size:  Use an isotropic grid size of 2 mm or finer  The use of grid sizes greater than 3 mm is discouraged for SBRT
