CCA TREATED PRE-TRANSPLANT

• Retrospective, 12 patients • Unresectable perihilar CCA ≤3cm with negative lymph nodes • Pre-transplant: - SBRT 3-5 fractions of 10-20Gy (Total: 50-60Gy) - Capecitabine: 1330mg/m2/day until transplant • 6 patients transplanted, 5 partial response, 1 no responder • 1y OS after transplant 83% • No vascular, biliary or hepatic insufficiency
