Wrong CT for matching: re-plan

• Big tumour shift detected on CBCT. Risk of too high dose to OAR if shift would be corrected. • New plan created and send to linacs • New CT NOT imported • Next fraction incorrect shift applied. Or, what has also happened.. • New plan made and send to linacs • New CT WAS imported, but only in database of one linac (Elekta XVI) • Patient treated on other, similar linac (Elekta Mosaiq has shared database for linacs)
