Conclusions

• For NSCLC and SCLC no elective nodal RT if PET-CT • Use CT with IV contrast for planning

• Do not match a PET-CT if not taken in treatment position • In case of induction chemotherapy, repeat CT with IV contrast • Be aware delay between PET-CT and Radiotherapy • Repeat planning in case of major changes (atelectasis) • Postop RT : limit the elective RT according to guidelines
