– Positive margins RT chest wal l +/ - L4-L3 – Chest wall recurrence RT chest wal l + L4-L3 – ≥ 4 positive nodes RT chest wal l + L4-L3

– 1-3 (+) nodes (individualize, possible future indication) RT chest wal l + L4-L3 – No or inadequate lymphadenectomy ( ≤ 6-10 nodes) ) RT chest wal l + L4-L3 – SN (+) (Macrometastases) without lymphadenectomy RT chest wal l + L4-L3
