• Irradiation of breast cancer involves a variety of clinical situations and individualized treatment for each patient can be designed • Clear criteria are needed for PTV and OAR delineation. Several guidelines (RTOG, DCBCG, PROCAB, ESTRO) are helpful for delineating CTV in breast cancer • Adequate positioning, immobilization and verification systems are needed

Proper volumes delineation is CRUCIAL
