SUPRAGLOTTIC CANCER

• Approximately 30% of all laryngeal cancers arise in the supraglottis. • They often present in advanced stages. • Due to the rich lymphatic network of the supraglottis, nodal disease (levels II and III) is a frequent finding in these patients.
