The CTV of elective neck: 2013 update

• New node levels: VIIa (lateral retropharyngeal), VIIb (retro-styloid), VIII (parotid), IX (bucco-facial), Xa (mastoid) & Xb (occipital).

• New node sublevels: IV a-b , V a-c , VI a-b . • No medial retropharyngeal lymph nodes.
