HGG - CTV

• In 80 - 90% of cases in studies of post mortem, biopsy, or recurrence, tumour extends up to ≈ 2 cm from edge of gross tumour (ie GTV)

• This suggests a CTV margin : 2 – 3 cm

• Not necessary to include all oedema
