The gastrohepatic ligament is a peritoneal ligament that together with the hepatoduodenal ligament forms the lesser omentum. The gastrohepatic ligament extends from the fissure of the porta hepatis to the lesser curvature of the stomach. The gastrohepatic ligament is identified at CT as a fat-containing area between the stomach and liver.
