• IMRT is clearly of high value for • Complex shape • High dose combined with close very critical organs : brain tumor, sarcoma

• Must be carefully evaluated

• For very sensitive tumors with high cure rate • Large volume treated with low dose ( wilms tumors ,hodgkin ) because the volume receiving low dose (<2gy ) become really significant
