If • Curative intent • Very young age Used in • CNS and sarcomas

• Sometimes neuroblastomas • Sometimes neproblastomas • Sometimes Lymphomas (caveat: motion)

!Restrictions: • Poor performance status, palliative intent • Target motion – compensation methods available? • Metal implants – uncertainties?
