Intracranial ependymoma

SIOP Ependymoma II - dose prescription

Total dose : the total dose to the PTV is 59.4 Gy . NB: children younger than 18 months (and older than 12 months) at irradiation without post-surgical residual disease or children with risk factors , namely multiple surgeries (more than 2) or poor neurological status will receive 54 Gy. Residual TU-boost 2 x 4.0 Gy Fractionation: all patients will receive a daily fraction of 1.8 Gy, 5 x / week .
