• 217 pts with M0 or M1 disease randomized to 35 Gy CSRT, 55 Gy PFRT +/- pre-RT VCR, VP-16, Carboplatin and CPM • Improvement in 5- year event-free survival with chemotherapy (74.2% vs. 59.8%, p = 0.036)
