112 patients randomized to each arm 35.2 Gy-40 Gy CSI 3 cycles of CDDP and VP- 16 prior to XRT or XRT followed by the same chemotherapy. Both received consolidative vincristine and cyclophosphamide Five-year EFS:66% (Chemo first arm) and 70% (XRT first arm), p=0.54
