Some tips for craniospinal irradiation

• Need to make sure junctions are not overdosed or underdosed (junction change every 5 fractions or intrafraction junctions) • Keep cranial-spinal junction low to lower dose to oral cavity and thyroid gland • Put spine to spine junction below the distal end of spinal cord
