• 109 children treated at MGH from 2002-2011 • Median follow-up: 38.8 months • 16 relapses (14.7%) noted • Relapses were supratentorial in 8, spinal in 11 and tumor bed (posterior fossa) in 5 • One isolated spinal failure at junction of 2 fields
