Involved node concept EORTC

Initially involved mediastinal area in PR :

• GTV : lymph node remnant(s) or remaining mass alone

• CTV : encompassing volume of the mediastinal mass before chemotherapy according to post chemotherapy topography

– length of lymph nodes before CHT – Width of lymph nodes after CHT – displaced normal structure not included – not exceed lateral mediastinal borders – vessels not included (whenever possible)

• CTV-PTV margin : 1cm isotopic margin
