Lymph Node Evaluation

• Imaging of regional nodes (head and neck – cervical and supraclavicular nodes, lower extremity – inguinal/femoral nodes, upper extremity – axillary nodes) • Sentinel node biopsy and sampling for extremity tumors • Ipsilateral retroperitoneal dissection for imaging positive paraaortic nodes or > 10 year old male with paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma
