Conclusions  On-line correction is desirable, but may not be sufficient.  Dose accumulation is required for proper Tx assessment.

 PTV margins:

 achieve target coverage.  irradiate adjacent normal tissue dose.

 Adaptive and Robust schemes may permit PTV margin reduction, and other treatment improvements:  Retain minimum target dose.  Spare more normal tissue volume.
