Practical Image Registration • Planning: • Use limited field-of-view (FOV), (e.g. clipbox, mask) • Delivery: • Use limited FOV – multiple times! • Visualize tradeoffs between target and normal tissues • Use PTV / PRV contours, isodose lines • Measure local rotation, but check un-rotated/final view • Documentation: • Develop/use standard protocols • Off protocol, what is the patient-specific strategy?
