Registration QA • Registration is a model and no model is perfect ! • Quick qualitative QA will have to be sufficient for routine clinical use • Know upfront: • The most important region(s) to register • The strengths and limitations of the algorithm • The uncertainties of the surrogates • These feed into margins!
