Scoring of side-effects: frequency

• Two aspects must be considered for documentation • Frequency • Early reactions can undergo considerable changes in clinical manifestation in short periods • Scoring at weekly basis: during and for some weeks after RT • Late reactions develop slowly and are usually irreversible • Scoring at intervals of several months after the end of RT (dynamics) • At later time points at annual intervals
