Conclusion Voluntary DIBH for fractionated radiotherapy was feasible for most cases with locally advanced and post operative lung malignancies. Lung inflation was reproduced and set up was optimal in the majority. Peripheral lesions treated with a separate SBRT field reduced the registration inaccuracies to only 3%.
