Conclusion:

Our analysis reveals a shifting media portrayal of radiotherapy, highlighting sentiment and topic popularity changes. The rising negative sentiment and diminishing positive themes affect public perceptions and discussions regarding radiotherapy's role in cancer treatment. Radiation oncologists must remain attentive to the potential impact of growing negative media sentiment on patient perspectives and choices. It is vital to disseminate accurate information, share successful treatment results and advances, and responsibly address negative portrayals.
