Conclusion:

A significant positive correlation between delta mean ADC of salivary glands and the corresponding mean doses were observed. Patients developing moderate-to-severe xerostomia at M12 tended to have a larger delta mean ADC of parotid and submandibular glands at M12 than patients with no or mild xerostomia, which suggested a relation between larger water diffusion and the development of xerostomia.
