Conclusion:

Radical surgery was not superior to combined treatment with TAMIS-RT/RTQT in terms of overall survival; however, a higher percentage of local recurrence was observed in patients in the second group.

Due to the small sample, our results should be interpreted with caution. We believe that TAMIS-RT/RTQT should be reserved for selected patients who are not candidates for radical surgery.
