was associated with visceral anatomic sites of OPD following radiation (P = 0.01). A favourable OS was associated with local response to radiation (P = 0.006) and duration of last ICI before oligoprogression (P = 0.03).

Overall, the treatment was well tolerated. Fatigue was the most common side effect associated with radiotherapy (N = 14, 14%). Treatment-related severe side effects comprised of pneumonitis (N = 5, 5%), xerostomia (N = 1, 1%), pancreatitis (N = 1, 1%), acute kidney injury (N = 1, 1%) and diarrhoea (N = 1, 1%).
