Conclusion:

Promising outcomes were observed among patients irradiated for oligoprogression on ICIs, especially those that harboured visceral oligoprogressive lesions and received intermediate radiation doses. Patients who attained a favourable local response and individuals receiving ICIs for longer periods before oligoprogression also had better survival outcomes. These data can contribute towards guidance of clinical decision-making for oligoprogressive NSCLC patients receiving ICIs.
