Conclusion:

Clinic-wide collection of PROMs data from radiotherapy patients was feasible and an inclusion rate of 27% was achieved, though we aim to improve the requitement rate further. The usefulness of the outcomes analyses was however limited at this stage due to short follow-up and limited data. We plan to introduce treatment-specific PROMs as well as deploy data augmentation to the data currently available and utilize dose/volume, tumor histology/stage, radiomics and other data to produce more useful dose-response models as well as other outcomes models. In addition, we plan to introduce other PROMs questionnaires as well as application of questionnaires 3 months post-radiotherapy. Most patients that entered the PROMs program did not experience any deterioration in QoL after radiotherapy, which may be due to e.g. selection bias.
