On multivariable analysis for cohort A the odds of a child developing GHD increases by 13% (95% CI: 2%-27%) for every 1Gy increase in dose to the IBDM region and decreases by 19% (95% CI: 6%–21%) for each year increase of age (Figure 2). For cohort B the odds increase by 8% (95% CI: 4-13)% for every 1Gy and there are no other significant predictors.
