Conclusion:

We identified several pretreatment lymphocyte ratios as having prognostic significance for different outcomes in patients undergoing TMT for MIBC. Our findings also suggest a potential for personalized treatment strategies based on lymphocyte ratios in patients who had undergone TURBT.
