Purpose/Objective:

Cryotherapy (CT) is becoming more widely adopted as primary treatment for prostate cancer (PC) in elderly patients or those not suitable for surgery due to high comorbidities, despite not being a standard treatment. Although, relapse may occur in up to 25% of cases 1 , and salvage treatment may be needed, but few series are reported 2,3 , most of them with few patients and outcomes are unclear. Our objective is to report toxicity and survival outcomes in our consecutive series of patients salvaged with radiation therapy (sRT) in our institution.
