administered with VMAT plans on a single Versa HD gantry-based LINAC (Elekta AB, Sweden) with 6MVFFF energy. A daily verification cone-beam CT was required.

Additional therapy is guided by NCCN risk groups. By institutional protocol, all patients with intermediate or high risk disease should receive androgen deprivation therapy: 6 months for intermediate and 18 to 36 months for high risk disease. Data was obtained from clinical records and processed with STATA 18 (Statacorp LLC, USA), obtaining descriptive statistics and time-event data by the Kaplan- Meier method. Biochemical control was estimated as per ASTRO’s Phoenix criteria. Toxicity was graded for genitourinary (GU) and gastrointestinal (GI) domains using the RTOG criteria and estimated by semester, with cutoffs at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months. For the current analysis included patients had to be treated with curative intent and completed at least one follow-up consult.

Results:

This report includes 197 patients with a median follow-up of 16.2 months. Median age was 71 years (IQR 67-76) with a median ECOG of 0 (IQR 0-0, range 0-2) and a median IPSS score of 8 (IQR 4-13.5, range 0-33). Median PSA at diagnosis was 10.4 ng/mL (IQR 6.7-16.99). By risk grouping, 15.74% had low risk disease, 40,61% intermediate risk and 43,66% high risk disease.

Biochemical control at 18 months was 99%. Three events were registered, all of them in the high risk disease group, at 4, 27 and 38 months.

GU toxicity graded as 3 or more was 1%, 0.85%, 1.22% and 0% at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months, respectively, Overall, 2,4% patients reported 3+ GU toxicity at any data cutoff point during the reviewed period, 32.5% were asymptomatic (G0) and 43.2% reported G1 toxicity. GI toxicity graded as 3 or more was 4.1%, 0.85%, 0% and 0% at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months, respectively, Overall, 4,6% patients reported 3+ GU toxicity at any data cutoff point during the reviewed period, 54.9% were asymptomatic and 32.5% reported G1 toxicity.
