Conclusion:

SBRT is an effective and safe treatment modality. Promising results from institutional series and RCTs make it a sensible option for high throughput radiation oncology departments or those who provide coverage to extended geographical regions.

Purpose/Objective:

Salvage radiotherapy(SRT) based on PSA surveillance after Radical prostatectomy(RP) for localised prostate cancer has been shown to be non inferior to immediate adjuvant treatment based on high risk features. Here we report real-world outcomes of hypofractionated SRT in RP patients treated at tertiary cancer centre in India.
