Conclusion:

A LDCT program could reduce the lung cancer mortality rate in Jordan by up to 20%, as modelled from data from the NLST. However, implementing lung cancer screening is challenging due to the inadequacy of the number of diagnostic radiologists and CT scanners in most governorates, along with a large number of eligible individuals. This study could guide future Jordanian healthcare policies.
