Most participants had <5 five years of oncology experience. Telecobalt was the most prevalent external beam radiotherapy modality. Post course evaluation revealed high participant satisfaction, with an average rate of 9.5 on a scale from 1-10. Most participants found the number of presentations and course topics appropriate. Professional relevance of the course was rated with an average grade of 9.8. The online platform also received positive feedback, with a rating of 9.0. Eighteen (27%) participants reported on technical problems, primarily related to connectivity issues. All 66(100%) who completed the exit survey would recommend the course to a colleague and attend a potential post-course live workshop. Based on these enthusiastic responses, a live post course workshop was organized by the oncology society of the LMIC1 on 13. -14. 10. 2023. The workshop was attended by >60 participants. Two experts from international faculty travelled to LMIC1 where they worked with the local team which performed, under faculty supervision and guidance, the first case of combined intracavitary and interstitial CT guided brachytherapy in LMIC1 for a patient with FIGO stage IIIB cervical cancer. Currently, the LMIC1 is working to continue with this treatment technique and expresses high interest in participation in the EMBRACE CT registration study. Figure 1 illustrates an exemplary attendance of the course session on "Transition from 2D to image guided brachytherapy”.
