Results:

The measured pO 2 decreased when dose was delivered to the sealed container (Figure 2a, blue). The dynamic pO 2 reduction closely followed the instantaneous dose rate variations in the probe container (Figure 2a, red). For all measurements, the dose rate and pO 2 reduction rate per spot showed a linear correlation with a mean correlation coefficient of 97.8% [range: 95.6%-99.3%] (Figure 2b).
